The saving grace here is the people. Both students and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My only hope is that Cornell would push Bon Appetite to have more variety in the options as well as more transparency with the nutritional information.
Also, 2 years ago they had an excellent section where they had someone that would make salads for you. That has been replaced by 2 huge tubs of ice cream at dinner. Think about how bad that looks.
There's very limited variety in the food. Grilled cheese every single Monday for the past 3 years. Think about that.
There's no nutritional information on the signs. That reinforces the lack of thought that has been put into making this healthy.
Yummy food. Great variety.
